Used this to return a mis-ordered ladder. Process to return ladder was easy. They sent shipping label and we handed the (unopened) ladder box to the UPS guy.
Only gripe is that it says “free” but you have to pay money. Maybe it should be rephrased as “package protection & additional fee-free returns” OR put the cost into the trampoline and just give everyone free package protection and free returns.
The idea of seeing “free” but you have to pay for something is misleading.
Also, this “item” is not available on Shopify (although it automatically puts it in your cart, so I couldnt place the order on Shopify and had to order through Skywalker’s website.
