To return an item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.
- Some products will be assessed a return fee. Return fees are between $25 and $200. Your final refund will include the deducted return fee. Replacement Parts, Games and Accessories have no return fee
- If the product was purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for their specific return policy
- Skywalker Holdings, LLC claims no responsibility for return shipments lost in transit if not shipped on the provided return label
- Refused shipments are subject to return shipping charges
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs paid by customer will not be reimbursed by Skywalker Holdings

- Used, damaged, assembled or soiled items will not receive a refund
- Please allow 30 business days for refunds to be processed
- Refunds issued to the original form of payment
- All others will receive a check, mailed via USPS with signature required
