Just got this trampoline in today for my daughters 3rd birthday. We ordered the 17ft one.Honestly the ease of assembly was worth the money alone over the lesser expensive ones. This made for one happy 3 year old!
I needed to replace an old, worn-out trampoline, and the 13' model from Skywalker Trampolines was the perfect choice. It fit our space perfectly and was easy to assemble. I highly recommend this trampoline—great quality and a great value!
Great trampoline and delivery. The only feedback that I would give would be to add a few extra bolts/screws in with the hardware. One of the bolts was stripped and we have to find an unusual replacement size at our local hardware store.
Our kids jump a lot and that leads to a lot of torque on these tubes that hold the net. It was great to find replacement parts to give more years out of the trampoline. Easy to install.
This is an awesome trampoline. My grandchildren had a great time on it after we set it up. My only negative is that it would be better if the zipper went higher and made a curve so that it was easier to get in and out. I noticed that kids can be rough getting in/out and that it may lead to tearing at the opening.
We love this trampoline! Great quality, holds the weight it advertises. And it was fairly easy to assemble.
Inherited a 15' diameter trampoline from a family friend who was relocating across the country and didn't want to be troubled with packing it. The Spring Pad was sunbleached and ready to fall apart, which it did. Skywalker customer service walked me through finding a replacement that fit my model #, and the webshop was a breeze to use. Then USPS took over. The parcel shipped from Utah, to Alberta, Canada. It's a medium distance north and west from the mormon state. Instead it went to Los Angeles, then Toronto, Canada, then to me in Alberta. It traveled probably 4 times the necessary distance. Not that USPS was getting paid by the mile or anything. The package was literally broken open on one end, though fortunately nothing inside could be damaged by blunt force trauma. Ultimately: a good, if drawn out experience thanks to logistics shipping routes. Would recommend Skywalker to anyone looking to find a good brand of trampampolines.
Best wishes,
NG
I am thankful to buy replacement parts to keep the trampoline usable instead of buying a new one. This part was the perfect replacement
Fantastic, we love it. Assembly was simple and easy to understand. Kids jump every day since we got it and it feels safe.
This net gives me piece of mind when my 4-year-old is jumping on the trampoline!
I ordered a replacement pole that should’ve never bent in the 1st place. The delivery was quick but wasn’t happy to have to pay extra for free returns and replacement.
I think this should be a part of your customer service.
I liked the trampoline because it came with all the necessary parts and it was easy to install.
A part arrived bent, no one responded to my customer service inquiry weeks ago, we fixed it ourselves though now it's not as safe. There was some doing and redoing of assembly as the instructions could be better. The trampoline itself is great, kids say it's almost as bouncy as they're old worn in one,
easy to put on but concern about the environmental impact of this material as the weather chips away at it.
Its been raining all week and the trampoline still looks brand new. Material quality is seriously impressive.
We gifted this for our daughters birthday and its now the main attraction for all the neighborhood kids.
Gave this to my kids for summerhavent seen them this happy in ages.
