Great product, no issues after a couple months so far. However I've emailed at least twice on 2 different emails about canceling my order and never received a response including about 10 minutes after making the purchase. Still Noone has emailed me back then I was going to return it except it was going to cost about $200+. If they would have emailed me in contacted me this could have been very very different. I'll figure out another company to order my next trampoline from.
Trampoline alone is nice but the net system and install is a joke. Instructions are misleading and not done well. Everything was done and you get to the poles to find out the net isnt on right and theres not way to fix it unless you take it all apart again.

Excellent replacement for our old trampoline! Be careful to read the recommended size of the area that it will be placed. It is large.
Trampoline seems well made, like that it came assembled. However the handle has some issues. The top bolt will not screw into the handle and after several attempts I can hear the part inside moving while trying to screw in the bolt. The bolt for the second hole mis threads when screwing into the nut. It will not cleanly go together, the 3rd bolt is successful. Hence the 4 stars.

I need to replace the net around our trampoline. I tried for moving the springs with pliers and it was very difficult. I remembered when we bought the trampoline that it came with this tool to grab onto the spring. I ordered one and then it made the job so much easier. Well worth the small amount that it cost for the time saved.
Got it for my daughter and she loves it! Perfect size and everything seems very durable.
We got our 2nd 15’ Skywalker trampoline set up and it looks good. Our 1st one lasted years but the mat finally started tearing. Quality and safety built in.
Very well constructed and has a good bounce to it, compared to other brands. Just needed to read the instructions closer about the net install onto the mat before connecting the springs.
This thing is amazing. Everyone loves it! Love the square shape because kids can sit in the corners and not be disturbed while someone is bouncing. Net is high quality and will stop a 200lb man from falling off.
