This company has great communication. I mistakingly purchased the wrong trampoline and that was taken care of immediately. I found the Skywalker
trampoline that I wanted on Amazon for a great price. My grandchildren love it. My son in law put it together by himself and found the instructions to be easy. My granddaughter is a gymnast. The sole purpose was to get her a rectangular trampoline for her current skills, front and back tuck, back layout, round off back handspring etc. She has plenty of room. The netting is great and feels safe. It doesn't come with a ladder. I purchased that separately. Overall a great piece of equipment. I highly recommend.
