Why Trampoline Exercises Aren’t Just Child’s Play

I mean, c’mon. Would you rather go to a gym and run on a treadmill… or jump on a trampoline? Lift weights or be weightless? PB&J or grilled cheese?

We all know the obvious answers here.

Trampoline, weightless, and grilled cheese. You see, lots of times people get a strange idea in their heads that in order to “be healthy” you have to subject yourself to an unsettling amount of self-inflicted torture. And these same people might scoff at the idea that jumping on a trampoline is a serious workout.

But we’re dead serious when we say that jumping on a trampoline is a great way to get your heart rate up, burn calories, improve muscle tone and flexibility, and most importantly IT’S NOT PURE AGONY. It’s actually (dare we say) fun. That’s right, what’s usually considered child’s play is actually work. (A work… out to be exact).

So next time you’re debating whether to go for a spin on your stationary bike, or take a few minutes to show off your epic hop skills… maybe this might help persuade you to vote for fun every time:
