Product Warranty Information


Thank you for choosing Skywalker Trampolines for your family and backyard entertainment!

If you have owned your trampoline for less than (1) year and are experiencing possible defects in the materials we would like to know about it.

In order to file a warranty claim, you will need to have the following available:

  • Proof of Purchase
    This can be an order confirmation email, receipt of purchase or packing list.
  • Website or Place of Purchase
  • Images of the defective part
    Please make sure images are detailed, showing each and all defective parts that pertain to this warranty claim.
    File formats accepted: JPG, GIF, PDF, TIFF. Total file sizes combined must be 8 MB or less.
  • Model number
    This can be located on a white tag underneath your jumping mat, or inside the enclosure door opening.
  • Serial Number
    This can be found on a sticker located on one of the legs of your trampoline.
    If unable to locate the serial number, please include that information in your email.
  • Name and Phone Number you can be reached
  • Shipping Address
  • Details of of the circumstances under which the damage occurred or was first noticed

Completing and submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee replacement of your trampoline parts.

If emailing your warranty claim, please watch for an email confirmation from our warranty department to verify receipt of your warranty claim.

Upon receipt of your email our warranty claim department will review carefully the information you submit, and respond to you within 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

If you have not received a reply within 3 business days, please call our customers service department to check on the status of your warranty information.

Skywalker Holdings, LLC warranties its trampoline products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

The steel frame is warranted for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

All other parts or materials, such as enclosure netting, frame pads, jumping surface, or plastic hardware are warranted for ninety (90) days after the date of purchase.

Wind, or weather related damage is not warranted.

All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase.

Skywalker Holdings, LLC Return Policy

By purchasing our products you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

If you need to return an item, you must have a return authorization number.
This can be obtained by submitting a return authorization request to our returns department.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Please allow 48 hours for a response before calling our Customer Service Department
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
    This restocking fee covers any inspections and repackaging
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange pick up or drop off for all non-defective returns
  • Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
    We recommend sending return shipments with tracking numbers.
    Skywalker Holdings, LLC claims no responsibility for return shipments lost in transit
  • Refused shipments are subject to return shipping charges and the full restocking fee
  • Refunds will not be given for used items, damaged, or soiled items

If you have any questions regarding the products you are purchasing or need assistance in locating the correct parts for your trampoline, please refer to your owners manual or contact our customer service department.

Refunds:

  • Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed
  • Eligible refunds will be credited in the same manner the original order was placed
  • Refunds that cannot be refunded in the same manner the original order was purchased, a check will be issued and mailed via U.S. postal service with signature required.
